To create or modify a mission statement in GoalEnvision, follow the following steps:
Go to the organisation page in GoalEnvision.
If a mission statement already exists, click on "View mission statement". If not, click on "Create mission statement".
You are now on the Vision and Mission page, which has three tabs. Select the tab "Our mission statement" if it is not already active.
In the top text field, you can either paste your vision or write it yourself. If you need help formulating a mission statement, visit the GoalEnvision help pages for examples and workshop instructions on how to create a business idea together as a team.
If you want to use the AI function to suggest mission statement formulations, press the "Go to the AI mission statement Creator" button at the bottom of the page.
You are now in the first tab of the Vision and mission statement page.
To help AI generate a suitable mission statement, it needs to know three things: your business area and three unique benefits or features, and your target audience. Fill in these details.
You can also choose the style you want the mission statement to have, such as creative, formal or technical. Select the desired style from the list.
At the bottom of the page, you can see that you have selected "mission statement" as the wording.
Click on "Suggest" and wait for GoalEnvision to generate a mission statement proposal based on the data you have entered.
You will now see the AI's mission statement suggestion. You can either accept the proposal as it is or edit the text yourself if you want to make changes.
When you are satisfied with the mission statement, click on "Replace current mission statement" to replace the mission statementshown on the organisation page.
If you want the AI to generate another mission statement, click on "Suggest another".
If you want to exit without changing the mission statement, click "Exit".
