The Success Index is a unique GoalEnvision tool that helps all types of businesses identify what makes an organisation successful. It does not take into account your specific business, but instead focuses on the factors that characterise successful businesses, regardless of industry or field.

1. Take the Success Index test: By taking the Success Index test with your company, you will quickly get an overview of what you are doing well and where you can improve. Once the test is completed, you will receive a clear summary of the results divided into three key areas: Structure, Knowledge and Energy.

2. Invitation to the Test: You can invite all or part of your organisation to take the test. This gives a broader picture of the organisation's strengths and weaknesses.

3. Results overview: You can clearly see the results of the test broken down per success perspective. Each result is divided into the categories: Structure, Ability and Energy.

4. Create Strategic Goals: Click on the "Improve" button to create a strategic goal within the selected perspective and category. The created strategic objective is then monitored on a monthly basis.

5. Update the Index: Every 6 months you will be reminded to update the entire index to keep the results up to date. Your current index is visible on the organisation page.

6. Benchmarking: The success index can be compared with other organisations as a benchmark. This gives you an opportunity to see how your organisation performs in comparison with others.

7. AI support: Goals created from the Success Index, like all goals, can be supported by AI with wording, metrics, conditions and tasks. This makes it easier to create and follow up on your goals.

By using GoalEnvision's Success Index, you can gain a deeper understanding of your organisation's strengths and weaknesses, and take proactive steps to improve and develop your business.
