Step 1: Define your objectives

The first step in implementing OKR in GoalEnvision is to define your Objectives. These should be inspiring, engaging and challenging. They should provide a clear direction for what the organisation is striving to achieve.

In GoalEnvision, you can create Objectives by going to the strategic objectives section. Here you can add new goals and define them as your Objectives. Remember that your Objectives should be qualitative and inspiring.

Step 2: Set up Key Results

The next step is to set Key Results for each Objective. Key Results are specific, time-bound and measurable. They show how the success of an Objective will be measured.

In GoalEnvision, you can add Key Results for each Objective in the strategic objectives section. Each Key Result should have a specific metric that can be monitored and measured.

Step 3: Linking Key Results to Success Perspectives

In GoalEnvision, each Key Result can be linked to one of the five success perspectives: Market, Sales, Operations, People and Finance. This helps to clarify which areas of the organisation each Key Result affects.

Step 4: Identify and follow up on Preconditions

In order to achieve your Key Results, it may be necessary to identify and monitor various conditions. These may include resources, competences, and other factors necessary to achieve your Key Results.
